At LAWELL, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
30-Day Returns
We offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unworn, unused and in its original condition.
- All original tags and packaging must be included.
- Proof of purchase or your order confirmation is required.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged, defective or incorrect upon arrival.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Beauty and personal care products
- Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
How to Request a Return
To start a return, please contact our support team at:

Please include:
- Your order number
- Your full name
- Your shipping address
- The reason for your return
- Photos of the item if it arrived damaged or incorrect
Once your request has been reviewed, we'll provide you with the appropriate return instructions and return address.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible after receiving your package.
We'll review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.
If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow your payment provider several business days to process the refund after it has been issued.
Order Cancellations
Orders are processed shortly after they are placed.
If your order has not yet entered processing, cancellation may still be possible.
If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In that case, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with this policy.

Right of Withdrawal
Where applicable under local consumer protection laws, customers may exercise their statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving their order.
To exercise this right, please notify us in writing within the applicable period.
Returned items must be unused and returned in their original condition.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless your item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of returning their items.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as LAWELL cannot be held responsible for returns lost during transit.
